The Clock Lady is currently a mobile service.  We make housecalls to most Chicago area locations.  In addition, clocks may be shipped to us for an estimate and repair.  The estimate is free, we would only charge for return shipping if you choose not to have the repair work completed.  If you are planning to ship a clock, please contact us for packing and shipping instructions prior to sending the clock.

These area businesses also accept clock repairs on behalf of The Clock Lady for your convenience.  Clocks are typically picked up by us on a weekly basis and customers are contacted within 7 days with an estimate.

Upon completion of the repair, The Clock Lady can bring the clock to your home  (within our service area) and set it up for you in the location you have chosen.  If you prefer, you may pick up your clock at any service center, where we can meet you and show you how to set up your clock.  You may also choose to have the clock carefully packed and sent to you complete with set-up instructions.
